If even Trust Technology Group, one of the top tech companies in the country, was rejected, it went without saying that Patel Group wouldn’t stand a chance.
However, Emma was not willing to give up such a great opportunity to get closer to Nathan.

“Get the documents ready. I need to drop by the Chairman’s office,” instructed Emma before she left.

Emma pushed open the door of the CEO’s office and quickly stepped inside.
Roland was engrossed in his documents when his daughter walked in. His previously stern face immediately lit up with a smile. “Emma, what’s up?” he asked.
“Dad, I hope you can let me handle the Carter Group project.” Emma carter Group as soon as she entered.
However, Roland had already handed the project to someone else. Upon hearing his daughter’s words, his brow furrowed. “Why on earth do you want this project?”
In response, Emma said indignantly, “Because Nate refuses to see me.”
Upon hearing this, Roland immediately understood. “So, you plan to use your job as a way to get closer to him?”
“That’s right.” Emma didn’t deny it. “Since he doesn’t want to see me, I have no choice but to do this. This way, he can’t refuse to meet me.”

In truth, Roland was reluctant to sever ties with Carter Group. So, without any further hesitation, he nodded and said, “Alright, I’ll leave the project in your hands.”
“Thanks, Dad!” Emma was instantly filled with joy.
Upon receiving the project proposal from her father’s hands, Emma grinned from ear to ear.
As long as she had the project, it allowed her to get closer to Nathan.
Seeing her so happy, Roland couldn’t help but laugh. “It’s hard to keep a girl home once she grows up, huh.”
“Dad!” Emma let out a bashful laugh before saying, “Dad, don’t worry, I’m sure I’ll succeed.”
Upon leaving the Chairman’s office, Emma immediately set off with her assistant to Carter Group.
