“Harry was here last night,” Ethan explained, noticing Nathan’s confusion.
“Harry?” Nathan was somewhat taken aback. Didn’t Harry refuse to treat me?
“I received word that Harry would be at Lavender Club, so I led a party there and informed him about your condition. After listening to my offer, he agreed to help treat your illness.” Ethan recounted everything to Nathan.
Nathan nodded in acknowledgment, his expression remarkably composed.
“Mr. Carter, if you have no objections, I’ll arrange for you to be treated at the hospital right away.” Ethan’s voice carried a hint of caution, fearful that Nathan might disagree.
However, Nathan agreed, “Okay.”
After all, he had put in a considerable amount of effort to find Harry to cure his illness. Now that Harry was located, he naturally had to cherish that opportunity.
“In that case, I’ll arrange it right away.” Ethan hastily took his leave.
After a while, a petite figure dashed in. “Daddy.”
The newcomer was Liam.
With a gentle smile, Nathan watched his son run over and gently asked, “Did you sleep well?”
“Yes.” Liam carefully examined Nathan’s face, noticing that the latter’s complexion seemed to have improved. He asked with concern, “Daddy, how are you feeling? Are you feeling any better?”
