Tina and her crew smirked, clearly thinking I was bluffing. But then Mr. Jordan’s face changed, and he quickly stepped forward.
“Ms. Thorne, there must be some kind of misunderstanding!”
“A misunderstanding?” I shot back, voice dripping with sarcasm. “With a full wedding party right in my reserved space? What’s there to misunderstand?”
Mr. Jordan glanced around, finally noticing the lobby packed with wedding guests. His face shifted, and he forced a polite smile, nodding.
