My hand froze mid–pat.
Ever since I met Mew Mew, he had been completely red, without any skin. I suspected something was wrong, but It never expected the truth to be this horrifying.
“That sicko even recorded a video of it and posted it online the old woman continued bitterly. “His username was something like Jack–something–Log. I went to confront him, but I got so angry I had a stroke… and then I ended up here.”

Chapter 7
Mew Mew seemed to notice my reaction and placed one of his little paws on my hand.
“Meow, meow.”
I understood what he meant right away: “Don’t worry, Miss. The moment that psycho entered the game, I tore him to pieces. Wasn’t I amazing?”
I stroked his face and smiled. “Very amazing.”
After finishing the visit, I moved on to the third room.

The door creaked open, revealing an elderly woman with a tense, worried expression.
“Well, young lady?” she asked anxiously.
I knew she was waiting for news.
