Time passed quickly.
Since that day she had seen Tom, he had not appeared again
Actually, over the past few days, Jane hadn’t thought about him often.
Sean treated her very well, but he wasn’t the kind of overly eager person trying to define the relationship quickly.
He was the kind of person who took care of Jane’s life gently and quietly.
Jane felt that such a calm and peaceful life made her feel very secure inside.
That morning, Jane received a phone call from Mr. Lowe of Miran magazine early in the morning.
“Ms. Lawson, I have a friend who’s a host named Jeff. He’s going to do an interview with a celebrity today, the big shot I mentioned to you last time. Are you available to join the photography work?”
“Sure, I can go. What time and where is it?”
“It would be best if you could get there right now to discuss things on–site. I’ll send you the address and Jeff’s contact information.”
Mr. Lowe was naturally very happy that she was willing to help at the last minute.
Jane knew the time was tight and didn’t dare delay. She quickly hailed a cab and rushed to the photography studio.
When she arrived, the venue and other staff were already prepared, and they were just waiting for the photographer to arrive to start. She looked around, and before finding the Jeff Mr. Lowe had mentioned, she noticed someone else.
There were a lot of people on–site, and the noise was loud, but when Tom stood there, he was still the most eye- catching one.
She hadn’t expected the celebrity being interviewed to be him.
Hadn’t he gone back to Cheria?
Had he been in Miran all this time?
Jane remained calm, and strangely, she didn’t have any extra thoughts.
Until Tom unexpectedly looked over at her.

The two of them locked gazes from a distance, neither of them took a step forward or made any move to greet the other.
Jeff noticed the change in their gazes, followed it curiously and then happily walked over to Jane. “You must be Ms. Lawson, right? Didn’t expect you to arrive so quickly, that’s really great!”
“I was sent by Mr. Lowe.”
Jane shifted her gaze away from Tom and greeted Jeff in return.
Though it was their first meeting, Jeff had a very good impression of her. “I’ve heard of you from Mr. Westwood. I only knew you were young with excellent professional skills, but I didn’t expect you to be so beautiful…”
While speaking, he led Jane toward Tom and introduced, “Mr. Howard, this is Ms. Lawson, a famous young photographer. With her help, today’s shooting will go very smoothly.”
