I peeked from under my eyelashes to see the handsome man taking another bite of my chilly gravy.
I bit my lip to control my smile when, “I know dear. I made all the dishes. Except for that filthy chilly gravy. Rozella made that.” I looked up and saw Stephanie looking at him with her eyes lit up.
“Mind you. Iam talking about the chilly gravy” my eyes widened and I continued to eat while feeling this jittery feeling inside my stomach.
He liked my food! My favorite food!
As if he couldn’t sit straight he said, “Where’s the bathroom?”

I stood up and pulled my dress down. I hate this dress. So suffocating!

This house only has one bathroom. It’s weird, I literally have to wait for my turn to the bathroom. But it is closer to my bedroom so I have a little privilege.
Soon we reached the bathroom and I stopped and took a deep breath and turned around. He was looking around but then he turned towards me and it felt like time literally stopped.

As I continue being angry, I heard the witches leave and the bathroom door close and Kezr stepped out. He looked at me and started walking away.
