I went back into his office but didn’t find him there either.
I asked Zake to tell Mark, I can’t be there at lunch and that Iam sorry.
Mark was understanding and said he will talk to me at the ball. Such a sweet guy.
I waited in Kerr’s office for about 10 minutes before I started roaming around in his office.
It’s a pretty nice view from here, so relaxing. My cabin also has a ceiling window but it does not have such an amazing view:
I was looking around when my eye got a glimpse of a black and gold file with W & CO written on it. I went towards his desk and picked it up.
It was the same file I had been looking for 30 freaking minutes!
Here’s the file, then why did he make me find it?
I missed my lunch as well as the chance to talk to Mark, because of Kezr only to find the file here.
On cue, I heard the office door creak open and close. I turned around and saw Kezr standing there with a sandwich
in his hand.
He took a bite while looking at me and….my heart!
It skipped a freaking beat. Shite!
No, no we are mad at him.
I shook my head to get rid of the unholy thoughts making their way in my mind.
I raised my hand with the file and raised my eyebrow. He didn’t seem to care as he took another bite from his sandwich whilst looking at me. I pressed my lips tighter and closed my eyes.
Is this man trying to kill me?
“This file is here, I missed my fudging lunch because of this file, only to find it here with you.”
He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and took steps towards me.
What’s he doing?
I stepped back and held the file close to my chest. My heart was beating really fast. My stomach felt like it had a disco party going on in there.
He came forward and…walked past me and sat his rear end in his leather seat and looked at me.

Psshh! Obviously he wasn’t coming to you. You, Dumbbutt.
He took a bite whilst holding eye contact with me. My eyes went to his lips and saw how they were moving along
with his jaw.
He had a little bit of cream on the side of his mouth to which he took his tongue out and licked the spot.
I bit my lip, and looked away.
Is it me, or is it getting hot in here?
“Care to repeat the question?” He smirked. I want to punch that stupid sexy smirk off of his face.
“I–I said“, I stuttered as I was left very flustered. “That, I missed my lunch and the chance to talk to Mark, because of this file, that you had on your desk and I was finding it for 30 minutes.”
As I mentioned Mark’s name Kezr’s jaw ticked and he sat straight in his seat.
He held the sandwich to my face and said, “Sorry ‘bout that but….if you want lunch, you can have this. And about Mars, well-” He said the wrong name deliberately and I cut him off.
“Mark.” I corrected
“Yeah, Mars, Mark, same thing. Now, about Mars” He emphasized at his wrong name, I sighed, “that idiot needs to
do his job, not have little tea parties at lunch with you.”
I didn’t understand his reasoning with whole Mark’s scenarios but I let it go. “And the file?”
“Yeah, that, I actually found that it was on my table. But I wanted to see how long it would take for you to realise that, and….Congratulations! Just took you 40 minutes.” He said sarcastically.
I scoffed at his childish behaviour and he said “So, are you going to eat this?” He pointed towards the sandwich he held against my mouth.
Okay, now hear me out. I was really hungry. I know I could eat anything from the cafeteria, but the sandwich looked really tempting knowing that Kezr took bites from it but I said,
“No, thank you”
“Aww, don’t be like that“, He cooed. “Aria is about to pick you up, just eat something ‘cause you will need energy for shopping. Come on take a bite.”
I gave up at his reasoning and leaned towards the sandwich. I tried taking the sandwich from his hand.
Keyword: tried.
But he just shook my hand away and held it to my mouth.
I looked at him confused and he said, “Open your mouth, Rozella.”

Is he gonna feed me?
Why is my heart beating really fast? I hope he can’t hear my heartbeat.
Why am I so weird?
I opened my mouth and his fingers grazed my bottom lip and I took a bite while blushing.
It was a hunterbeef sandwich. My favorite!
I grabbed the sandwich and he let go. I ate the rest and he just kept looking at me with an unreadable expression on
his face.
We were looking at each other, when someone bursted into the room.
Both of our eyes snapped towards the door and saw Aria with Maya on her hip and Maria with an amused expression on her face.
“So000000000, he is the one eh?” Maria asked.
