‘Mr. Hanson? William?‘ Simon and Mandy were taken aback. Though they were part of the rich and powerful families in Janivielle, they had no connections to the four major families. It was even more surprising for William to visit the Larson residence personally.
“Go outside and see…” Simon started to stand up.
“Simon, get out here now!” a fierce voice bellowed from outside.
Just as Simon was getting up, William burst in, pushing past the servants who couldn’t hold him back. He grabbed Simon by. the collar, his eyes blazing with anger. “What grudge do we have against each other? Why did you harm my son like this?”
Simon was taken aback by the sudden intrusion. “What do you mean, harming your son? I have no idea what you’re talking about…”
“Don’t play dumb with me,” William growled, his eyes dark. “Make Quiana come out!”
“Quiana?” Again, it was Quiana!‘ Simon thought.
“Quiana isn’t here,” Mandy stepped forward quickly, fearing he might hurt someone. “Quiana isn’t at our house!”
“She’s your daughter. If she’s not here, where is she? If you don’t hand her over, I’ll tear the Larson residence apart!” The Larson family meant nothing to the Hanson family.
“Mr. Hanson, even if you’re looking for Quiana, you need to explain what’s going on first.” Simon tried to pull free from William’s grip.
Seeing their expressions, William’s frown deepened. He quickly recounted the events, his eyes filled with menace. The Hanson,family had only one heir, and he had only had this son at thirty, who had a heart condition. He doted on him like a
treasure.
That day at the Wilsons residence, Tom had a sudden attack, and Quiana saved him. Monica had followed Quiana’s instructions and given Tom the Mystic Pill, which the doctors said was highly effective.
Today, Tom had vomited blood and had just been revived. Simon’s expression changed. “The Mystic Pill?“.
William nodded sharply. “Exactly those!”
Mandy frowned. “But Mr. Hawley took those Mystic Pills too, and nothing happened to him.”
“Mr. Hawley? You don’t know?” William’s eyes gleamed with sarcasm. “Mr. Hawley fell ill a few days ago and has been in a coma ever since.”

William didn’t have time for more talk. “Hand over Quiana now!”
“I heard from Carole that Quiana gave Tom an acupuncture treatment that day at the Wilson residence. It seems to be true.” Winona suddenly spoke up.
Simon and Mandy turned to look at her. “You knew?”
“I heard it from Carole,” Winona’s eyes flickered, and she pressed her lips together. “Quiana gave Tom an acupuncture treatment the day before and then went to Liberty Island training camp the next day.”

Winona’s eyes widened, and her face turned pale with fear. “Could it be that Quiana did it on purpose, to harm the Larson family?”
Simon’s expression shifted several times. “Mr. Hanson, although we can bring Quiana back, she’s wild and uncontrollable. We have no idea what she does!”
“That’s right!” Mandy nodded quickly. “I told her the pill was problematic and not to sell it, but she wouldn’t listen. Who knew she would dare to give it to your son.”
“She blocked us; we can’t get in touch with her at all!” Simon said. “Otherwise, we would have definitely dragged her out for Mr. Hanson to punish!”
Winona whispered, “She’s at the Liberty Island training camp and won’t be back for three months.”
Three months. William couldn’t wait that long. He turned on his heel and instructed his assistant, “Book a flight to Liberty Island for me!”
He came in with a storm and left with one.
Simon’s face was dark as thunder. “What exactly is Quiana trying to do!”
Mandy’s face was ashen. “Honey, could Mr. Hawley really be affected by that pill too.”
Winona’s fingers tightened. “Mom, Dad, the Mystic Pill was bought from Quiana. If something goes wrong, it’s definitely because of Quiana!”
