Chapter 197
In Stellar Entertainment’s office, Winston stood nervously, unsure where to place his hands. “Mr. Hawley, we’re just a small, unknown company. There’s really no need for you to invest!”
They had no connection to Julius, yet he had personally come, declaring his intention to invest. The news that Julius from Janivielle was investing in an entertainment company would shake the entire city and industry.
It was the height of summer, and while the sun blazed outside, Julius sat indoors in a black shirt buttoned to the collar, with a gray blanket draped over his legs. His pale, handsome face showed no trace of blood as he coughed into a handkerchief.
“It doesn’t matter if your company is big or small. I’m only here because I want my fiancée to be happy,” he said, his voice weak but indifferent.
Though the words were spoken lightly, the meaning was clear: he had money, and as long as his fiancée was happy, no
amount was too much.
Winston was speechless.
With an investor like this, Stellar Entertainment could rise to prominence, fearing no one. But he recalled hearing from Alina that Quiana did not care much for Julius.
Quiana was Stellar Entertainment’s prized artist and, given her recent earnings, essentially half an owner of the company. Without her approval, Winston did not dare agree, but he also did not dare offend the man in front of him.
After some consideration, he replied cautiously, “This is a major decision. Perhaps we should wait until after Miracle Show ends to get Quiana’s opinion?”
Julius shifted, raising his eyes slightly. His dark lashes contrasted with his pale skin, his gaze shadowed and intense. He looked like a noble yet ethereal figure, his aura heavy and intimidating.
Winston felt his scalp tingle under the gaze. He said, “Mr. Hawley, our company is already discussing becoming a personal studio. About your investment…”
o.” Julius said calmly, ignoring Winston’s response.
“Yes.” Leo stepped forward, pulling out a bank card and handing it to Winston. He said, “Mr. Flynn, here is 30 million dollars. Stellar Entertainment should provide Ms. Levine with the best of everything.”
Winston was speechless. It was clearly a forced investment, leaving him no option to refuse.
“There will be an additional 30 million dollars added to Stellar Entertainment’s account every month from now on. Don’t tell her,” Julius added in an unyielding tone.
Winston was at a loss for words.
When Alina entered the office, she sensed something was off. She frowned slightly and went straight to Winston’s office.
Avery stopped her, whispering, “Ms. Robinson, Mr. Flynn is in a meeting. Don’t go in first.”
Alina paused but kept walking, reaching for the door and saying, “Who could he be meeting? I have something important to
Her voice trailed off as she saw Julius in a wheelchair inside. She froze, then backed out to check if she had gone to the wrong room, only to find the same scene inside. He was still there.
Alina was speechless. She turned slowly, looking at Winston, her eyes full of questions.

Stellar Entertainment had recently been hiring, though their requirements were unique, so they had not found anyone yet. The whole company had fewer than ten employees.
They had run the company together for more than ten years, making a living by side jobs. Their relationship was that of superiors and subordinates, but more like partners and friends. But that was in normal times.
Today was anything but normal.
Winston glanced at Julius, cleared his throat, and asked, “What’s so urgent?”
Alina snapped back, holding out her phone for him to see, saying, “Oh, the voting channel for Miracle Show has officially opened, but Quiana has no fan base and is being hounded by haters.”
Previously, on the live stage, Quiana had dominated with 888 votes. But that was in live stage. Outside, with no fan base, she barely had 40 or 50 votes, all cast by the company. Out of 79 trainees, Quiana was currently ranked last.
