Chapter 205
Viola looked at the slip in her hand in displeasure. “Mr. Smith, can I draw the lot again?” she asked.
Viola wanted to team up with Lucy or join Sarah and Joyce’s group. However, she had not expected to get Quiana’s group. Viola couldn’t help but curse inwardly.
Steven understood that putting them in the same group would lead to chaos, knowing the conflict between her and Quiana. After some thought, he rubbed his nose and said, “Re–drawing lot is out of the question, but you can swap.”
Judging by the way Viola breathed a sigh of relief, Quiana seemed to be like a scorpion to her. Viola scanned the room until her eyes fell on a girl in Lucy’s group.
That petite and cute girl was in Grade F and ended up in Lucy’s group through the drawing lot.
“You’ll swap with me, right?” Viola asked. Although it sounded like a question, she didn’t wait for a response. She snatched the slip from the girl’s hand and forcefully handed over her own.
The girl, Thalia Elmore, had no friends, so she didn’t dare resist even if she wanted to. She bit her lip and walked over to Quiana’s group.
When Viola saw that, she smiled triumphantly.
“Who wants her here anyway?” Sofia scoffed, rolling her eyes.
Wendy patted Thalia on the shoulder and smiled. “Don’t worry, we’re easy to get along with,” she reassured.
Thalia smiled gratefully.
The other member of the group was a girl named Lily Glick.
When she first joined Quiana’s group, she was unhappy. However, she eventually accepted it.
Yoselin approached with a sweet smile and said, “Quiana, it seems we’ll be competing against each other again. You’re so talented. Please show me some mercy!”
Quiana raised an eyebrow and casually replied, “It’s a competition.” It was all about winning or losing. There was no need to hold back.
Yoselin smiled before replying, “True. We need over five million votes to make it to the finals. I don’t have many fans, so I‘ might get eliminated with you.”
Yoselin was implying Quiana would definitely get eliminated.
Sofia glared at her and scoffed, “Quiana is so amazing. Who knows? Perhaps a miracle might happen.”
Yoselin thought, ‘Miracle? Dream on. Unless Quiana’s anti–fans suddenly become fans and vote for her. ‘Yoselin smiled and said nothing more.
́Lucy and Quiana were already strong rivals. Even if Yoselin managed to form a group with them, she wouldn’t stand out
much with her beautiful and sweet image.

There was a storage room in the training camp. Since it was quite hidden, hardly anyone ever went there.
Quiana was unfazed by the signal block in the training camp. She casually fiddled with her phone before putting in her invisible earpiece and getting on the treadmill.

Soon, Edith’s playful voice came through her earpiece. “Is your foot healed?”
Quiana responded with a soft “hmm
“As expected of the miracle doctor, Edith said. She clicked his tongue and got to the point, saying, “Several black and underground markets have been selling pills recently. Do you know about this?”
Quiana raised an eyebrow as she replied, “I know.”
Edith continued, “Then you clearly don’t realize Julius has been investigating it recently.”
Quiana replied indifferently, “He won’t find anything”
“There’s something else you might not be aware of,” Edith said, her voice captivating. “Have you checked your voting results?”
The voting leaderboard was accessible to all training camp members, so Quiana was naturally aware of it. She had the fewest votes two days after the poll opened, but her numbers shot up on the third day.
She did not have that many fans, so this was strange. Quiana asked, “Who’s behind this?”
Edith appeared incredulous as well. “It’s your fiancé,” she said.
Quiana thought, Julius? She paused and turned off the treadmill. “What did he do?” she asked, frowning.
“Of course, he got everyone to vote for you. I think he’s serious about you. Why not just go along with it? After all, he doesn’t have much time left, and all that wealth isn’t going to inherit itself, right?” Edith said, chuckling.
