Chapter 50
Serena’s voice dripped with sarcasm. “What do you want?”
“Come on” Evelyn gave Serena a stern look before offering Quina a weak smile. “I know you weren’t involved. I’m not badly hurt, just a bit banged up. I’ll be back on my feet in a couple of days.
Quiana’s eyes flicked to Evelyn’s bandages. She reached into her bag pulled out a small porcelain bottle, and set it on the bedside table. “For the scars. Apply it twice a day for ten days, and it should help them heal cleanly”
Serena’s skepticism was evident–she didn’t believe, in friendship as an experienced agent. “You’re all heart, aren’t you? Who’s to say you haven’t slipped something extra into that?”
Evelyn tried to calm the waters, gently pulling on Serena’s arm. “She’s just worried about me,” she said to Quiana with a hint of an apology in her
Quiana brushed off the comment. “If you’re worried, get t tested,” she replied, her tone casual.

Things got messy on the “Burning Youth” set, and Evelyn had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
The crew tried to keep it on the down–Jow, but secrets didn’t stay secrets for long. The news spread like wildfire, and fans of both Winona and Evelyn were at each other’s throats in the comments
[Quiana works her but off on set. Is this how you guys keep people safe one of Winona’s fans fumed.
Winona, you need to step up and apologize!) Evelyn i fins chimed in.
[Winona didn’t do it on purpose; it was part of the script. She was just following directions! If anyone’s at fault, it’s the props team, Winona’s supporters defended
[Script? Props? She was the one who poured the water. Does she have no sense of heart I knew it; Winona is just as hypocritical as I thought.] Evelyn’s fans retorted.
[The crew’s official statement is blaming the assistant..]
[But that’s Winona’s assistant, right? Would she have done it without Winona’s okay? It’s obvious she’s being made the scapegoat]
[Shouldn’t we be pointing fingers at Quiana? If she hadn’t forced her way onto the crew, would any of this have happened“]
(Ls Evelyn the only victim here! Winona is getting dragged through the mad for no reason. It’s all because of Quiana. She got kicked off the crew and still had the nerve to come back, showing off her disabled fiancé. What’he big deal?)
[He might be disabled, but he’s got this powerful background. Watch out, or you might get banned.]
[Quiana’s got a wicked heap. She should just leave the entertainment industry]
The back–and–ford was intense, with fans trading barbs and the real story getting lost in the shuffle: It was a heated debate that showed no sien of cooling down.
At Stellar Entertainment, Winson’s brow furrowed as he muttered, “This is a clear attempt to sling mudar Quiana, trying to drown her in bad At Stell press Thankfully. Quiana had kept her distance from the social media circus, or she’d be neck–deep in it already.
Alina scoffed, her voice dripping with disdain. “Winona’s behind this, no question. She puts on that sweet and innocent act for the fans, but she’s got a viper’s heart. I never thought she’d stoop this low”
Winston paused, deep in thought for a moment before he spoke up, “Call in the PR folks.”
Alina waved off the idea, her eyes scanning the online comments where a few accounts were leading the charge against Quiana. “Nah, we’ve got this. We’ll slap them with a lawsuit for each nasty comment.
“Mr. Lovett said we’ve got all the legal firepower we need. We’re not backing down, not when it comes to protecting Quiana’s name.”
Kolan burst into the living room of the Hawley residence, his tablet clurched to his chest. “Uncle Julius,” he exclaimed, still buzzing from his

get Quinn to go to the movie set and stand up for Quiana?”
glanced up, his eyes a deep, dark pool. “Nope,” he said.
Julius was scrolling through his phone, a sea of comments passing under his fingertips. He gl his voice as calm as a still lake.
Nolan’s eyebrows shot up. “Then who! And that time when Keith tried to boot Quiana off the crew, and all the money dried up–only you could ve made that happen. Uncle Julus”
Julius switched to this messaging app, showing a conversation with Quiana. The last message was his, mentioning Hugo’s struggle, sent what felt like
He narrowed his eyes and typed out a quick reply, but it came back as a failure. A glaring red exclamation mark stared back at him, with a note showing that Quiana had blocked him.
I’ve been blocked? Julius let out a half–laugh, half–grimace. Well, that’s a new one.
