Chapter 188 Just You and Me
Warmth surged through her, her pulse quickening with every second.
“I didn’t mean right now,” she whispered.
Fraser’s eyes darkened, the flicker of desire unmistakable. His tone was serious. Too late. It’s already happening”
Summer looked down instinctively–her eyes dropped to his suit pants
She could see it. The tension beneath the fabric was impossible to miss.
Her voice trembled, “Can’t you hold off a little?”
Fraser’s throat moved as he swallowed. His voice dropped, deep and deliberate. “Help me.”
She instinctively tried to squeeze her legs together–only to realize she was pressed against his
She could hear the deep, teasing laughter rumble through his chest, sending a jolt straight through her.
Summer swallowed hard, hanging on to her last shred of control. “Can’t we.. wait till we’re home?”
Finished
Fraser sighed as if she were asking the impossible. “Can’t. What needs to happen has to happen now–I can’t wait. Summer… you feel it too, don’t you? I need you. Now.”
God. This man is unreal. She thought, utterly overwhelmed.
Hearing that, her lips went dry, and her heart started racing.
She wanted to say no.
Wanted to push him away–until Fraser gently took her hands and placed them on his chest.
Fraser leaned in, his handsome features closing the distance between them.
His lips brushed hers–soft, teasing–before trailing slowly to her ear, where he whispered and let his mouth linger against her skin.
He knew exactly what he was doing. Exactly where to touch.
Her whole body tingled, a wave of electricity spreading from her core to her fingertips.
She made one last attempt at resistance. “We we can’t. Someone could see.”
Fraser’s lips curled into a slow, teasing smile as he murmured against her ear, “The windows are tinted. No one can see a thing. Be good, babe… take care of it.”
After a moment, Summer’s lashes fluttered–and in the end, she gave in to Fraser’s relentless coaxing.
Soon, the quiet of the car filled with low, uneven breaths, his soft groans mixing with her own.
She turned her head slightly. He was still perfectly put together–suit untouched, expression composed–but his eyes told a different story, dark, stormy, and burning with desire.
He leaned against her shoulder, breathing slowly.
The car was silent now, but the air clung to them–thick with warmth, breath, and the haze of what they’d just done.
Afterward.

Chapter 188 Just You and Me
You were amazing, babe.”
The blush that had just started to fade from Summer’s cheeks came rushing back. Her face warmed all over again.
She looked down, her gaze soft and a little flustered, and muttered under her breath. “You’re such a jerk.”
Finished
Fraser gave her a warm, amused look. “Not exactly the ideal spot for round two,” he said casually, “so I’ll make it up to you tonight.”
Summer turned away quickly. “Who says I want you to?”
Fraser raised a brow, voice low and playful. “Guess that makes you the one in charge tonight.”
Summer rolled her eyes and reached over to lower the window, letting some of the heat escape from the car
She cleared her throat, eager to shift the mood. “You said once I gave you what you wanted, you’d look into Mason.”
Fraser chuckled and twirled a strand of her hair around his finger. “You really are a heartless little thing”
He laughed softly to himself. If she ever gave me even a little of that softness. I’d probably lose my mind.
They arrived back at Ravenshire Boulevard,
Lately, they’d been heading home together.
Inside the elevator, Summer was still feeling awkward.
Even after wiping her hands clean, she still felt sticky–like his scent was clinging to her.
She kept her head down, eyes locked on the tips of her silver heels.
Fraser leaned against the wall and glanced over at her, drawling, “What are you looking for down there? You’ve been staring at the floor forever.”
Summer bit her lip and lifted her head, shooting him a glare with those shimmering eyes
Her gaze didn’t hold much weight, but her eyes were bright and clear, reflecting a soft glimmer of light.
Fraser’s gaze drifted down to her feet.
Those slim silver heels with delicate ties around her ankles.. Her toes were neat and polished, painted a soft blush pink–chic, delicate, and undeniably pretty.
Fraser was still holding her hand, but now his fingers moved slowly over hers, every motion intentional. His voice dipped lower, rich with teasing amusement. “Pink everywhere, huh?”
Fraser’s tone was warm and teasing, just brushing the edge of something deeper.
His gaze slid downward, trailing slowly to her feet, steady and deliberate.
A soft shiver crept up Summer’s spine before she could stop it.
She instinctively curled her toes.
Just then, the elevator dinged–66th floor.
