Chapter 11
Sitting in the car, Tiana was as anxious and uneasy as Kelvin.
Tiana agreed to Martin’s request without hesitation for the sake of her mother. Now when she was sitting in the car and heading to the Kellet’s place, Tiana indeed became a little afraid.
When the Farrell family had not gone bankrupt yet, Tiana was full of energy and was very casual about relationships.
The first time she saw Martin, she immediately decided to seduce this man.
Unfortunately, Martin was very difficult to pursue. It took her nearly two years before Martin finally agreed to be her boyfriend.
When they were dating, Martin was always cold and distant, so Tiana started having other thoughts.
When Tiana reencountered Kelvin, who was charming and devoted, she gradually gave up her obsession with Martin.
She broke up with Martin and got together with Kelvin.
Later on, the Farrell family went bankrupt, and Tiana went through many hardships. She also matured and treated Kelvin wholeheartedly, knowing nothing about Martin’s life.
Tiana only remembered that on the day of the breakup, Martin calmly asked her, “Have you thought it through?”
She nodded, and Martin left.
Although Martin seemed indifferent, Tiana knew very well that she would be punished for being the only woman who dumped Martin.
Tiana sighed wearily as she moved from one dungeon to another.
Upon hearing her sigh, the young man sitting in the driver’s seat asked in confusion.
“Ms. Farrell, are you in a bad mood?”
Tiana quickly shook his head. “No, no, I was just…”
Tiana paused for a moment and cautiously asked, “Well, is Mr. Kellet in a good mood today? If I go over, will I disturb him?”
The young man seemed to see through what was in Tiana’s mind at a glance and smiled. “Ms. Farrell, don’t worry. Mr. Kellet is usually not in a good mood.”
“I see… ” Tiana forced a smile, feeling a chill in her heart.
“But if Ms. Farrell can talk to Mr. Kellet a bit more, Mr. Kellet’s mood would improve.”
Martin was even reticent when he was dating. Talking to him more than usual was difficult. Tiana listened and shook her head in disagreement. She tilted her head to look out the window. The road condition was very smooth today, with no cars around.
She looked back. Not far away, a white sports car sped towards them.
When they moved closer, she surprisedly found eight cars following behind that vehicle.
Tiana felt something was off, and the young driver also noticed.
He hastily closed the car window.
Soon, the white sports car changed lanes, drifting and blocking their car.
