When Tiana returned home, she started to pack her luggage. She didn’t have much stuff, as she didn’t take any of the things given by Kelvin over these
years.
She only took what truly belonged to her.
After she packed up, the rain had already stopped.
Picking up the phone that was placed aside, Tiana turned it on and saw more than 99 messages unread.
This pile of messages was all from Kelvin’s internal working chat group. Previously, Kelvin, under the pretext of entitling his wife to supervise the work progress, brought Tiana into this chat group.
Usually, there was little communication in this chat group, so Tiana never paid attention. As time went by, she almost forgot about it.
But today, this chat group was lively in particular.
It was because of a photo posted by Miranda.
Kelvin wore a set of custom–made suits and sat in a bakery, patiently making a cake with her.
“This is a newly–made cake. Guess how it tastes, everyone?”
As soon as Miranda’s message popped out, the co–workers in the group couldn’t wait to reply to her.
“Gosh! Miranda is so happy. Even if Mr. Gale glanced at me, I would feel pleasantly surprised. Now, he is making a cake with Miranda.”
“Miranda, I’m sure the cake tastes sweet, just like you and Mr. Gale.”
Most co–workers had not expected that Tiana was also in the chat group.
As they shipped Kelvin and Miranda, once Miranda took the initiative to share the sweet time she spent with Kelvin together, they started exchanging banters with her. Miranda was made to laugh, and she continued to reveal something sweet and funny that happened between her and Kelvin during work
There were even many things that Tiana had never experienced with Kelvin.
However, these were not important anymore.
Tiana finished reading all the messages calmly.
The second before she turned off her phone, Miranda sent her a message in private.
*Tiana, this cake tastes delicious. It was only enough for Kelvin and me to eat. Otherwise, I would have let you see what this tastes like.”
The message was attached with a photo of Kelvin feeding her cake.
Mirande did it purposely, for she knew Tiana was in the chat group and could see her messages.
If it happened before, Thane would have immediately called Kelvin to make a fuss.
But now, Tiane was texting calmly.
it read, “I’m not sure about the cake, but know how Kelvin tastes. Uh–uh, no good.
“50, I’ll give tam to you for free.”
dim sending the message, Tiane turned off her phone and comfortably lay on her bed.
Late af sight, Tiana me longer shed Lowers for Kabvan, and what she wanted to do was to make up for the sleep lost during those sal, sleepless nights.
