Daniel held me close, pressing a gentle kiss. to my forehead. His warmth wrapped around me, and for a moment, the world outside felt distant, like it didn’t matter at
all.
“It’s alright,” he murmured, his voice soft. but firm. “With me by your side, I’ll make sure the rest of your days are filled with nothing but the utmost happiness.”
His words were a promise, and at that moment, I believed him.
Later that evening, on my birthday, Daniel had planned what I thought was a simple celebration. He‘ d arranged a private dinner at a beautiful garden restaurant in the city plaza. It was intimate, just the two of us, and I couldn’t wait to enjoy it.
But then, out of nowhere, something. completely unexpected happened.

suddenly flickered to life, and the words. flashed brightly:
[Bianca, will you marry me?]
I blinked, stunned, my heart skipping a beat.
Before I could even process what was happening, hundreds of drones appeared in the sky. They swirled around, forming hearts, rings, and Cupid‘ s arrows- symbols of love that felt almost too surreal
to be real.
And then, there was Daniel, kneeling in front of me, a glimmering ring in his hand. My heart fluttered in my chest as his
friends appeared from their hidden spots, clapping and cheering.
Daniel took a deep breath, his expression. full of sincerity. He looked at me like I was the only person in the world, and at that moment, I knew what he was about to say.
“Bianca,” he began, his voice steady, “our engagement was originally a promise made

between our families, but today, I want to ask you personally.”
He paused, and I felt my pulse
quicken.“Ms. Bianca Edwards, will you marry me?”
Tears welled up in my eyes as I nodded. My voice came out firm, unwavering.
“I will, Mr. Daniel Hughes.”
I extended my hand, and with a gentle smile, he slid the ring onto my finger. The crowd around us cheered, and under the
starry sky, surrounded by our friends, Daniel and I shared a passionate kiss.
It was a kiss full of love and promise, the kind of kiss that marked the beginning of forever.
But as if the night wasn‘ t eventful enough, the day of our wedding arrived- and it was everything I had dreamed of. The scale was grand, and Daniel had thought of every little detail.

From the flowers to the music, everything had been carefully curated to match my vision. Even my wedding dress had been recreated by a designer Daniel hired, based on sketches I’d given him.
The entire day was perfect–under Daniel’s meticulous planning, there was no room for anything but joy and celebration.
But just as we were about to exchange our rings, a familiar voice cut through the air.
“Bianca! You can’t marry him!”
