Jazlyn ignored her and turned to walk away.
Yvonne, recovering from her surprise, shouted, “Jazlyn, come back here! What did you mean by that? Are you implying something’s wrong with my brother’s body? Freya is pregnant!”
Jazlyn stopped and replied, “Yes, I’ve been married to him for three years with no pregnancy, and Ms. Quinlan has been back for only a short time and is already expecting. You might need to look into it. Don’t let your brother get cuckolded. But if your family is okay with raising someone else’s child, then that’s none of my business.”
Kingsley, who had just entered, heard her words. His face immediately darkened.
“Kingsley, did you hear that? Has Jazlyn gone crazy? She’s talking nonsense!” Yvonne exclaimed, pointing at Jazlyn in disbelief.
Kingsley grabbed Yvonne’s hand and pulled it down.
That was impressive. Usually, Yvonne was spoiled and uncontrollable, but now she was no match for Jazlyn.
It was truly commendable.
