Chapter 25 Legendary Architect
Noah couldn’t help but regret dwelling on this issue.
Feeling compassion for Jazlyn, he decided to offer his assistance.

With a soft smile, Jazlyn said, “Let it go. Everyone makes mistakes at times. Since I’m preparing for a divorce, we should part ways.”
Noah replied, “Alright. I’m sure you’ll meet someone better in the future. There are plenty of promising young men at our company. If you have a preference, let me know, and I’ll introduce you.”
The thought of planning her next relationship before the divorce was even finalized felt absurd. “There’s no need. I’m not considering getting remarried anytime soon.”
Someone better?
JJazlyn once believed that no man on earth could surpass Kingsley, but now her perspective has shifted.
Perhaps in Seaville, no one held a higher position than Kingsley, but having status didn’t make someone a good person.
At this point, Jazlyn had no interest in any man; her only focus was reclaiming what she had lost.
Meanwhile, Kingsley spent the night tossing and turning, unable to get a decent rest.
For reasons he couldn’t explain, Jazlyn’s face kept haunting his thoughts after he returned home.
Even in his dreams, it felt as if he had been transported back to the nights spent tangled in bed with Jazlyn, a sensation that left him unsettled.
Was it possible that a single kiss had awakened his body’s longing for her?
Or perhaps it was simply because he hadn’t been with a woman in ages…
The idea that eating a cake from Freya could lead to such a dream had never crossed Kingsley’s mind.
Frustrated by the rare and unwelcome dream, his mood took a steep dive, leaving his expression so grim that when he arrived at the office, his employees avoided meeting his gaze altogether.
“Kingsley, we’ve already transferred the deposit. A company has agreed to handle the design for Skyline Tower, and they’ll need a month to prepare the blueprints,” Zaid said as he placed the contract on Kingsley’s desk.
Kingsley realized he hadn’t reviewed the sketches yet.
“Leave the drawings with me. I’ll go through them later,” he said.
“Didn’t you already see them last time?” Zaid asked, puzzled.
“I didn’t examine them closely,” Kingsley replied, intrigued by the design that had earned such high praise from Zaid.
I get that you might be skeptical,” Zaid continued, “but I sent the preliminary sketches to the judges of the architectural design competition. They were genuinely amazed. Some even remarked that the work bore a striking resemblance to that of a legendary architect who vanished a few years back. A few judges are already keen to meet and interview the architect behind it.”
Kingsley frowned. “The legendary architect from back then?”
“Yes, the mysterious architect known as Fate,” Zaid explained. “He was behind several breathtaking projects but vanished without a trace. Now, they’re convinced Fate has returned and keep pestering me to arrange a meeting with him. If it truly is Fate, his comeback will be groundbreaking news.”

“Why do you say that?” Zaid asked, caught off guard.

“This design feels like the work of a female architect,” Kingsley replied. “The lettering is in cursive–a style men typically don’t use.”
Zaid didn’t notice anything unusual, but since Kingsley didn’t seem to be joking, he could only reply, ‘If that’s the case, wouldn’t it be even more sensational? A renowned female architect—something we’ve never seen before
