The news that Class 24 passed their biology exams sent ripples through Greenvine High School. Suddenly, the biology competition was back in the spotlight.
There were rumors that a prominent figure in the biomedical field, Joshua, would choose a successor from the students participating in the competition.
“This monthly exam just proves that students have talent. If they put in the effort, they can succeed. Everyone should seize the moment.” Jonas was on stage, again serving up his motivational talk.

Bonnie was competing in the biology contest. Class 21 was no longer the “failure” it had once been, and Jonas was more confident than ever. Bonnie smiled shyly in response.
When school let out at noon, Lenore slowly packed her bag while reading a test from Yves. “Let’s go grab some lunch,” she said to Bonnie.

Lance jumped in too. “Where are we eating? I want to go too.”

The group was lively. Lenore glanced at Kyle. “Whatever, let’s just go.”

He then turned to Lenore. “I made a reservation at Culinary Ascent. It won’t take much of your time.”
Lenore nodded. As Silas approached, he scanned the group, his gaze lingering on Yves and Kyle for a moment before he spoke in a calm tone, “There’s not enough room in the car. You two will need to take a cab.”
Kyle was speechless. So this random guy showed up, but now Mr. Faulkner is still tagging along? How can I eat comfortably with him around! Kyle cleared his throat and stepped back. “Actually, I just remembered something. I’ll just grab food at the school cafeteria; it’ll be quicker” Before anyone could respond, he bolted back into the school.
