I let out a mocking laugh. “Do you really want to go through with this?”
Luke nodded solemnly. “Yes. I want you to give me a chance, Anna. Even if you refuse to divorce Ethan, I want to stay by your side for the rest of my life.”
I gently toyed with the heart–shaped lock as my sinile deepened. “In that case, you should probably find Mandy, considering that the name engraved on this lock isn’t mine.”
Luke froze, snatching the lock back in disbelief to check.

I mentioned craving it a couple of days ago. Knowing his proud personality, he would probably try to secretly make it for me.
However, I never got to eat the grilled fish because I ended up vomiting.
A trip to the hospital confirmed it. I was pregnant.
Ethan hugged me tightly, laughing like an excited child who could not contain his joy.
The baby was healthy, and as we held hands to leave, we ran into familiar faces in the hallway.
There was Mandy, kneeling on the floor, begging Luke not to make her terminate the pregnancy.
However, Luke remained indifferent, coldly signing the abortion papers.
He looked down at Mandy with icy disdain. “Unwanted things should be gotten rid of sooner
