“Is someone really young if they’re not impulsive?” His wife chuckled. “Aren’t you going to help
him?”
“He’s not worth helping,” Axel shook his head.
The Solomons had come this far, becoming two of Fregend’s oldest aristocratic families, with superior status. What got them here wasn’t anything else but calmness, or rather, cold- bloodedness.
As for Ryan now, he was all alone, with no value.
Not only would he not help Ryan, but if given the chance, he would even consider doing another favor for the Kanes.
Profits come first, right?
A moment later.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh… The piercing sound of batons slicing through the air echoed sharply.
The first wave of the Kanes‘ bodyguards–over a hundred men–had arrived before Ryan, wasting no time in launching a full–scale attack.
The Kanes‘ bodyguards, although ordinary people, were far from simple. Most were retired boxers, taekwondo experts, or graduates of combat schools.
Each of them could easily take on three or four average adults in a fight; otherwise, they wouldn’t be earning salaries in the range of one to two hundred thousand a year.
These bodyguards weren’t fools. They could sense the intense rage of their boss, Logan and Joel.
Because of this, they held nothing back, charging forward with the intent to kill Ryan.
The batons were swift, cutting through the air like black arcs from every direction–front, back, and both sides–with the air vibrating ever so slightly.
Each bodyguard looked cold, their eyes radiating murderous intent, their expressions twisted into snarls. Muscles bulged in their arms as they unleashed their full strength, pushing their power to the limit.
Around the corner of the hall, Cindy’s anxiety was growing.
Inside the hall, the others exchanged knowing glances, fully expecting what was to come. With this relentless onslaught of batons, even if Ryan survived, he would be left barely clinging to life.
But then, in an instant that seemed almost impossible… Ryan moved.

Suddenly, Ryan lifted one leg and spun, delivering a series of powerful kicks.
Each kick was precise, striking the batons with incredible force.

As Ryan’s foot made contact with each baton, they bounced back, smashing into the heads, arms, and chests of the Kanes‘ bodyguards holding them.
The speed of his kicks was so fast it almost left afterimages.
In the blink of an eye, the Kanes‘ bodyguards surrounding him were sent flying backward in a wide arc, accompanied by screams and blood.
If you look closely, you could see that the skulls of several of the bodyguards were dented, which was enough to show the power of Ryan’s kick.
The delicate fragrance of roses was abruptly replaced by the harsh, metallic tang of blood. The spilled blood formed a striking contrast with the vibrant red of the roses.
Ryan didn’t use inner energy. Why bother with a sledgehammer to crack a nut? Using inner energy or martial arts techniques against these ordinary bodyguards would be overkill, how would he handle a true expert?
“What?!”
Inside the hall, the prominent figures, young heirs and heiress of Fregend, who had come to attend the wedding, all stared in disbelief.
They were dumbstruck.
Ryan didn’t use inner energy or martial arts techniques, yet in the span of just one or two breaths, he incapacitated a dozen or so of the Kanes‘ bodyguards. In that same brief moment, the floor was soaked in bright, glaring blood, which was shocking.
The visual impact was overwhelming.
Even in action movies, you rarely see something so brutal and ruthless.
How… how is this possible?! This couldn’t be the same Fregend’s young master who was once known for his wild lifestyle.
The shock was indescribable.
And even harder to accept.
It was like everyone had always believed a beggar would remain a beggar, only for him to suddenly transform into the world’s richest person!
The contrast was so extreme, it was enough to make anyone’s heart stop!

right?”
In martial arts, the path from weak to strong was divided into realms: Energy Cultivation, Grandmaster, Heavenly, and Venerable.

Energy Cultivation was the weakest realm of martial arts practitioners, but still stronger than an ordinary person, with a fundamental difference.
The power Ryan just displayed was really a bit exaggerated.
“No wonder he’s confident he can make Joel a dead man,” Cindy murmured, her voice tinged with excitement. Deep down, Cindy enjoyed violence and combat.
“Interesting,” Thomas, who had been sitting calmly at the main table, murmured in surprise.
Axel, sitting at the same table, casually remarked, “Impressive, but that’s all. There’s no fluctuation. of inner energy; he’s not a true martial artist.”
His voice carried a hint of disdain.
Without being a martial artist, no matter how strong, he was just an ordinary person. It was nothing special.
Thomas didn’t respond, merely glancing at the middle–aged man in blue who had been standing beside Axel and his wife. While others might not recognize him, Thomas did.
