“Ms. Nolan, doesn’t want to tell?” Ryan asked with a slight blink of his eyes.
Grace stayed quiet, unsure how to respond. If she didn’t tell him, she was certain Ryan would refuse the offer to become the martial arts master of the Nolans.
Grace stayed quiet for almost a minute before finally speaking, “The Nolans have a spiritual spring.”
“Oh?” Ryan’s eyes brightened, and even his normally steady heartbeat quickened a bit.

“Mr. Howell, the spiritual spring at the Nolans is rather unique. The amount of spiritual energy one can absorb depends not only on their abilities but also on luck,” Grace explained. “I’ve visited the spring countless times, but it wasn’t until six months ago that, perhaps by chance, I managed to tap into its source. That time, I experienced significant benefits. Before that, even though I’d entered many times, the results were minimal.
Grace continued, “Aside from my father, grandfather, and myself, you are the fourth person to learn about the Nolans‘ spiritual spring. No one else knows, not even the Hansens. I ask that you keep this secret, Mr. Howell, because if it were to get out, the Nolans could be destroyed in an
instant.”
Her tone was grave, filled with a rare sense of seriousness and urgency.
Ryan nodded, though he was honestly taken aback. Did Grace really just tell him about the spiritual spring?
If word of it got out, the Nolans could easily be wiped out, as many sects and noble families from Shadowcrest Mountain were constantly hunting for such a treasure across the world.
“You really told me?” Ryan asked, eyeing Grace with a mix of disbelief and curiosity.

Ryan felt a sudden flutter in his chest. Grace, with her captivating beauty, truly had a way of making every gesture leave people breathless!
