Nico’s POV
I sniff into Sabrina’s neck again and inhale deeply. I am very stressed out right now. Jaden just went off on Sabrina, and he was always so kind to her, I cannot allow disrespect like that to occur by my pack members. Everyone seemed to be really skittish in the dining hall tonight when I introduced my mate Sabrina to them. Some looked outright scared, and I have no idea why Sabrina is a kind a sweet soul, she will be an excellent Luna and I am so proud of her.
She is currently sitting on my lap in my office, and I had just gotten through having s*x with her again. It is like she is insatiable. We are having s*x more now than we did when she was in heat. I cannot believe my luck, but I want my hands on her all the time. I am so glad she is done with the “warnings” that she was telling me because frankly, it was getting on my nerves. I may have a smaller–sized pack, but I am a very strong Alpha.
I go to get up and Sabrina makes a little whining sound about being put down, and I have to say I really love this side to her, I love her doing whatever I want, when I want her to, and with no backtalk. I feel like she respects me more now that she is here in my pack, and I am so glad that she is here with me. I heard a knock on my door, and I buzz it open to see my Gamma James standing there, he looks nervous
“Can I have a word with you Alpha? Gamma James asked me.
“Sure, what did you need, James?” I asked him.
“Can we speak alone Alpha?” Gamma James asked me. Before I can open my mouth to agree, Sabrina spoke and said, “No, I am the Luna, and anything you have to say to Nico, you can say in front of me. I thought it was phrased a little bit hostile, but I agree, anything he had to say to me, he can speak in front of the Luna.
“I am concerned as I wanted to ask what your plans were in case Stone Moon decides to go to war with us Alpha? The 72 hours was up last night, and they could be authorized to start the war proceedings now” Gamma James said and then looked over at Sabrina after he said it. What the hell is he thinking? They will not go to war with us. Sabrina is here in the pack, and they would
never make her be at risk.
“Everything is fine now James, Sabrina is here with me, they would never wage a war where she could be hurt. It is fine, I will get with Asher tomorrow about getting my pack members out of here safely. I have just been too busy today here with Sabrina to have called him to get it settled today. I will call him in the morning, and we will get it taken care of there, is nothing to worry about. They would never wage war with her on our pack lands” I told James and I felt Sabrina stiffen. Maybe she would like to call him herself, I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. The look on James‘ face is making me wonder what the hell is wrong with all of
my top people all of a sudden, Jaden just up and rejected his position and his pack for no reason. We had been friends since we were pups, and then he leaves me for no reason.
“Would you like to be able to speak to him tomorrow baby, I am sure that they miss you and are worrying about you. You can let them know that you are OK and that we will see them soon I told her, and she is looking at me like she is about to burst out

“What is the matter baby?” I asked her.
“Do you think it will come to war, Nico? Sabrina asked me.
“Of course not baby, they are going to help me get my pack members where they need to be. They are helping us, and it is your family. You know how much they love you and would do anything for you. They would not attack us, because you could get hurt. They would make sure that you are OK and taken care of. They will have our backs, and if Shelby ever did anything to hurt you, they would take care of it. She wouldn’t make it 20 feet before they would kill her. You are perfectly safe her, as she isn’t here. and I would die to protect you” I told her, and she stiffens even more and then looks at James who is standing there with a funny look on his face.
“I will announce that you need to replace your Beta, and your Gamma, Alpha, as I don’t feel that this is the pack for me anymore. I do not want to be involved in this, and I respectfully reject my position and Golden Summit pack, at this time. I will go pack quickly and leave Alpha Gamma James said, and I stood up quickly forgetting that I had Sabrina in my lap, and she hit the floor.
My two highest ranks wolves left me, as soon as my mate came here. It doesn’t even make sense. He is asking if we are going to war with Stone Moon when I have the Alphas sister literally sitting on my lap right now? This cannot be happening to me. I cannot make sense of it. James excused himself from my office and took off like he knew that we were about to be surrounded.

I helped Sabrina up and I am trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Those two men have been with me for a long time, grew up together and I trusted them both with my life. They both implied that Sabrina was not Sabrina, but I can see for myself that it is indeed Sabrina. I would know my mate anywhere, I am not an i***. I am done with today and I pick my mate up and nuzzle her as we head to my quarters.
Sabrina has been at home this whole time, it was like she knew where everything was already and didn’t have to ask. When asked her about it, she just shrugged and said, “That’s where I would have put it” and kept on going. It made sense so I left it
alone. Sabrina is happy to shower with me and I was glad to have another round with her in the shower. I remember how she looked to me getting out of the tub when I first made it there to her when her heat started. I remember seeing her perky breasts getting hard as I looked at her, and I cannot wait to take her again.
I cannot wait to bury myself in her again and I growl out in satisfaction as I enter her hard and keep that tempo up as I hear her making little noises in her throat. I love how much my little mate makes me completely happy. I wish I had gotten rid of Shelby that night and just took Sabrina right then and marked her as my mate. I continue to pound into her until she comes undone and
cries out her pleasure into the room. No matter what, as long as I have Sabrina, I will be happy. All my members could leave, and
as long as I have her, I will be OK.
I snuggle into her back and put my arm around her waist and said, “I love you Sabrina” and I feel her stiffing up again on me. She
did it last night too like she got mad that I said it. But I do love her and would do anything for her. She will know in the following days exactly how much I love her, as I dismantle my pack to go to their new packs, so we can be together forever at Stone Moon.
We both fall into a peaceful sleep, and we awoke to a loud banging on my door.
*Alpha please wake up. We are surrounded and Beta Jaden and Gamma James are no longer with the pack, and we don’t know
what to do one of my warriors calls out to me.
“What do you mean surrounded?” I asked him.
“I mean the Alpha of Stone Moon, Asher Morris, is at our gate, and he is not alone. He wants to speak to you and the Luna at the Gate and he gave us 10 minutes to get you to the gate
or they would start to level our pack”
“What in the f**k?” What is going on now? I got up quickly and put my clothes on. I glanced over at Sabrina, and she is sitting
there frozen in fear. She needs to get moving and get dressed.
“Get dressed, you heard him, we both need to be at the gate in 5 minutes. You will be going with me, so you can make them call off the foolishness Sabrina. So come on and get dressed, or I will just put a robe on you and take you that way. I think you are even more beautiful naked” I teased her, and her face got even whiter.
Sabrina got up and dressed slowly like she was trying to come up with a plan of how to get out of it. I took her hand in mine and headed to the front of the pack house to take a car down to the gate as it was a mile away and we were almost out of time.
I pulled up to the Gate and see Asher, his Beta Mason, his head warrior Braxton, and his dad who I am now familiar with all looking at me in anger. I am holding Sabrina’s hand as we approach the gate. I see more men standing there that I don’t know, and five SUVs with people still inside some of them, and I pulled Sabrina behind me and approached the gate more, and said, ” What in the hell Asher? Why would you have us surrounded like this, your sister is here with me, her mate. Surely you don’t want her to come to harm, what are you thinking?”
