Chapter 6 She Was Married
Salvatore’s POV: I sat in my office, which was exceptionally spacious—designed to ensure any guest conducting business felt comfortable and pleased. A luxurious crystal chandelier, which I had specifically purchased for 140,000 dollars, hung from the high ceiling, its countless cut crystals casting a glamorous allure around the room. The floor was laid with soft, richly textured marble, its fine natural patterns exquisitely joined, reflective enough to see one’s reflection. The carpet was of the finest wool, thick and soft, with an intricate design that added warmth and elegance to the space. In the center of the room stood a large, solid wood desk, its material rare and with a unique grain. Arranged neatly on the desk were a set of exquisite leather stationery, a sleekly designed lamp, a streamlined phone, and my work computer. I felt it was my duty to adorn my office with luxury, as it doubled as my reception room. After concluding my meetings, I began processing my work files. Alex hadn’t returned yet, but I was confident he would soon uncover the identity of that woman. “The godfather, I have found out,” Alex announced as he entered, heading straight toward me sitting on the sofa. As he spoke, he handed me a file. “Her name is Bella. I investigated, and she was at a graduation party yesterday. It appears someone drugged her, causing her to mistakenly enter your room.” This made it sound like it wasn’t intentionally arranged for Bella to enter my room to test me. Quite interesting—almost like a tale of opening Pandora’s box. I nodded, flipping open the file to see a set of photos inside. Although the night was dark, the camera still managed to capture the delicate features of her face. Her exquisite face was stunning, and although her figure was petite, it was remarkably well-proportioned, reminding me vividly of last night’s frenzy. To be honest, I still relished the feel of her breasts in my hands, hard to imagine given her petite frame hid such large breasts. Thinking this, I felt a stir in my lower abdomen, wishing I could drag her back, lock her in a room, and take her forcefully. “Just… godfather, there’s something I must clarify…” Alex hesitated, and I looked up to see his face was a bit pale. “What is it?” “This Bella, she’s married.” I could tell Alex was nearly biting his tongue as he said it. Hearing this, my first reaction was displeasure, much like when I finally acquire a treasure after a fierce resource battle with another faction, only to have it snatched away again. Married… but the virgin blood on the sheets last night couldn’t have been fake. When I entered her, I could distinctly feel the tightness and the resistance from her hymen. Her tightness was as if she’d never been touched. I looked at Alex and scoffed, “And how is that a problem?” Alex was smart and instantly caught my drift. Married or not, I was confident I was the first man she’d been with—her virginity belonged to me. I just needed to employ some tactics, make her divorce her husband, and then she would completely belong to me. “Buzz—” Suddenly, Alex’s phone rang inappropriately. “Godfather, it’s a call from the Leone residence.” Leone residence? Hadn’t I signed a divorce agreement with that woman from the Leone residence? Could it be she regretted divorcing me? “Answer it,” I signaled Alex to take the call. Alex quickly answered the phone; the conversation lasted only two seconds before he hung up. Alex looked troubled as he faced me again, “Godfather. The call was from the Leone residence. Madam Carmela has taken people there and is troubling Mrs. Leone.” “Madam Carmela says Mrs. Leone… she’s committed adultery…”
