His tall frame crashed heavily onto her.
“Ah!” Summer exclaimed in surprise.
Her body felt as though it had been crushed, the impact nearly knocking the wind out of her.
Droplets of water from Casimir’s hair fell onto her eyes, obstructing her view.
She subsequently lifted her hand to wipe it off.
When she opened their eyes again, their gazes met.
Casimir’s dark eyes were like magnets, deeply drawing her in. It felt as if they were about to pull her very soul out of her.
The masculine scent, filled her nostrils without any delay.
His handsome face and ripped chest were extremely close to her.
In that fleeting moment, a wave of anxiety washed over Raylee, making her heart flutter uncontrollably.
Her face suddenly flushed, the blush spreading rapidly to her neck.
As if she had forgotten what she was doing there and wanted to say, she simply stood there and stared at him, her hands resting on his arm.
Casimir gazed at her intently with the same look in his eyes.
However, there was an added hint of adoration in his gaze.
From the flicker of his gaze, one could see how he wished nothing more than to have her.
This was the first time he had been so close to Raylee.
He couldn’t help but reach out, his slender fingers gently brushing her forehead, and moved her fringe to one side.
Under the dim light, the atmosphere was indescribably enchanting.
His gaze shifted to Raylee’s lips, the intensity in his eyes growing fervent, just like a predator stalking its prey.
His throat quickly tightened up, and suddenly, he leaned in, intending to steal a gentle kiss from her lips. Raylee’s eyes widened in shock, her body seemingly numb. Astonishingly, she forgot to dodge.
Their lips were on the verge of meeting when the crack of the door opening shattered the room’s sensuous ambiance,
Upon hearing that Raylee had barged into Samuel’s room, Waverly, driven by her protective instinct for her brother, immediately fetched the spare key and unlocked the room door.
The sight before her eyes came as a rude shock.
“What are you guys doing? Casimir, how could you…”
After her initial shock, Waverly was overcome with embarrassment. She stormed into the room, pushed Casimir aside, and sat on Raylee.
At that moment, she erupted like a volcano, experiencing a level of anger she had never felt before.
She roared, “You d’mned vixen, how dare you seduce my fiancée? I’m going to kill you!”
She was the spitting image of a shrew, her expression fierce and menacing. With her manicured hands, she viciously clawed at Raylee’s face.

“Calm down, how can I calm down? If I had come any later, you and this vixen would have ended up in bed! Besides, how can you lie through your teeth, claiming it was a misunderstanding? Do you think I’m a fool?”
Raylee rose from the ground, moving off to the side as she straightened her clothes.
Just moments ago, she was so taken aback that she didn’t immediately push Casimir away, giving off a terribly wrong impression to Waverly.
She took a deep breath before she said to Waverly, “What you’re suggesting won’t happen. If it were possible, you wouldn’t have taken my place four years ago.”
Waverly struggled desperately in Casimir’s grasp, all the while hurling scathing insults.
“So, are you saying that you intentionally let me have Casimir? You deliberately let me win, then purposely seduced him, causing me to lose my temper and make a fool of myself? Was that your intention? You scheming b*tch, I’m telling you, as long as I’m alive, you can forget about stealing Casimir away from me!”
At that moment, Waverly seemed like a madwoman shooting her mouth off, having completely lost her sanity.
Meanwhile, Raylee didn’t feel like talking anymore, doing so would only serve to complicate matters further.
The room had already turned into a battlefield, and the best course of action was to leave.
Raylee quickly strode toward the door. However, as soon as she pulled it open, she bumped into Samuel.
D*mn, as if things couldn’t get any worse.
“What happened? Wavy, why are you crying like that?” Samuel asked with concern, then shifted his angry gaze toward Raylee.
“Did you bully Wavy? What did she do wrong this time for you to come here and bully her? Do you think no one has her back here? D*mn it, can’t you just chill out for once? You keep coming over and stirring up trouble! What have I ever done to deserve this?”
It was then that he noticed that his display cabinet and cherished collection had been smashed.
He could tell at a glance that it was Raylee’s handiwork.
His anger intensified. “Not only did you bully Vivian, you also smashed my stuff. Raylee, are you trying to turn this house upside down?”
Raylee remained silent. She had indeed came to cause trouble with Samuel.
However, the scene that just unfolded was purely accidental.
Waverly managed to break free from Casimir, tears streaming down her face as she threw herself into Samuel’s arms, voicing her grievances.
She sobbed, “Samuel, I just walked in and saw Casimir and Raylee kissing each other. How could they sneak into our home? Why did Raylee treat me this way? AM I merely a pawn in their game?”
