She gritted her teeth and looked over at Melea. After sizing her up, her eyes landed on Melea’s legs, and she said, Our dance troupe originally got an offer to perform at the Graham family. Practice was going well when our leader suddenly came over and told us that the performance was canceled.
“I asked, and it’s because you don’t want to see other dances because you can’t dance anymore. Seriously, if you can’t watch other dances, then don’t. Why did you have to cancel the performance? You caused so many people to be unable to get any money from this gig. You’re still as selfish as ever!”

“Shut up!”
The men shouted at her. Samuel even slapped her despite her being pregnant. Yelena fell to the ground, and her stomach clenched in pain.

Melea huffed. “If you can’t say anything nice, then don’t. No one will care if you keep quiet.”
Alexander stared at Samuel and Yelena coldly. “Is this how the Foster family teaches you two manners?”
Then, the trio no longer spared Samuel and Yelena another glance. They left.
