In the hospital, Martha slapped Yelena. She no longer cared about remaining elegant and started insulting her, Why did you just have to go out and cause trouble, you witch?!”
Martha was home when the butler suddenly ran in and told her Yelena was in the hospital. Worried that something had happened to her grandchild, she hurried to the hospital.
While she was there, she ran into the Graham family’s servants.
At that moment, she learned about what Yelena had done.
Melea was no longer the Foster family’s adopted daughter but the daughter of a diplomat, and the Foster family’s status had also plummeted, so they could not afford to get on her bad side.
To make things worse, when Yelena insulted Melea, Alexander was right beside her.
And Grant Graham, Alexander’s uncle, had arrested Samuel last time!
After learning that Melea was uninjured, Martha slapped Yelena. She also slapped Samuel.
“Don’t you remember your place?! And think about Melea’s status too! How could you even dream about approaching her?! Samuel, do you really think she’d forgive after all that you’ve done?!”
Samuel clenched his fists and stared at Yelena while she covered her face and cried in bed. After a long while, he said, “I know what I need to do, Mom.”

His words not only failed to relieve Martha but made her clutch her chest. “Are you trying to drive me to an early grave?!”
She refused to spare them another glance and rushed out.
Samuel then looked away and threatened Yelena. “Give up on wanting things you can’t have. I don’t want to see a repeat of this.”
The ward was empty, aside from Yelena. As Yélena watched Samuel leave, hatred burned in her eyes.
Melea!
Many people came over to celebrate Ivan’s birthday.
After Melea gave Ivan his gift, she went over to Solomon and told him that she wanted to go to the church to pray.
“The mountain is quite cold. Remember to wear more clothes. Also, there’s food in the church, so we just need to bring some water and biscuits.”
Solomon nodded. Suddenly, he noticed someone in front of them.
He looked up and saw Samuel.
“Why are you here?”
“Are you going to the church in the suburbs?”
Melea, too, looked at him, and her gaze darkened. “I never knew you had a habit of eavesdropping.”
“I…..”
Melea did not want to continue talking to him. She grabbed Solomon’s hand and headed to the other side. Samuel wanted to chase after her, but someone approached him.
He no longer had the chance to talk to Melea throughout the party.
