Olivia dragged Harry along, running all the way.
Before she arrived, she had already familiarized herself with the layout of the area, including some hidden exits.
Thus, at that moment, she confidently led the person toward the exit.
“Who might you be, pretty lady? Where are you taking me?” Behind Olivia, Harry chattered non–stop throughout the journey, his mouth never taking a break.
Olivia was speechless. How could this person still be so noisy while trying to escape?
If it wasn’t for the fact that he could cure King, she really wanted to shut him up.
He had always seemed so enigmatic before. She had even thought of him as a mysterious sage. Thus, who would have thought he’d be such a chatterbox? It was quite disillusioning.
Seeing her remain silent, Harry spoke again. “Beautiful, are you mute? Why don’t you respond to me?”
Gritting her teeth, Olivia said irritably, “If you want to stay alive, then shut up!”
“You’re so fierce, beautiful!”
Olivia clenched her other hand, reminding herself to be patient or else they both would be dragged back.
The secret passage twisted and turned. Olivia, while leading someone, had to simultaneously discern the direction and stay vigilant of those pursuing them from behind.
Finally, they managed to shake off the people from the exchange and made their way out of the corridor.
Once outside, Olivia was utterly exhausted. She swallowed, only to find her throat parched and slightly sore.
However, she didn’t dare to let her guard down, leading Harry to a secluded corner for some rest.
“I’m exhausted.” Harry slumped down onto the ground.
Olivia turned to look at him. Despite the dim lighting, she could still make out the pallor of his face.
He was already injured, and running such a long distance would certainly take a toll on his body.
“Are you okay?” Olivia asked, her voice laced with concern.
With a glance in her direction, Harry nonchalantly said, “I’m not going to die.”
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small canister of medicine. He tipped it, allowing a single pill to fall into his hand, which he promptly swallowed. Then, he crushed another pill, sprinkling the resulting powder over the wound on his
arm.
He slightly furrowed his brow as it hurt a little.
Olivia was left utterly stunned. She hadn’t expected to witness such a primitive method of treatment. What’s with his approach? Is he actually a miracle doctor?
Upon seeing her eyes wide with surprise, Harry couldn’t help but smirk, teasing her lightly, “My dear, why do you log you’ve never seen the world before?”

Coming back to her senses, Olivia met his eyes, brimming with amusement. She let out a dry laugh, thinking about the recent events, and asked, puzzled, “Why were you being pursue?” He’s Harry, the miracle doctor. How could anyone want to kill him?
As soon as the matter was brought up, Harry immediately dropped his smile, his gaze becoming sharp.
“This blasted marketplace sells counterfeit drugs.” Harry narrowed his eyes, continuing, “A while ago, a type of drug was circulated in the market. Unscrupulous vendors hyped it up mindlessly, claiming it was my creation.”

“Of course it wasn’t me!” Harry scoffed, “Every medicine I develop is hard to come by. How could it possibly be widely sold in the market, let alone being something harmful?”
Olivia understood then. “So, you came to investigate?”
“Yep.” Harry nodded, “However, I didn’t expect that they had aiready set a trap, intending to capture me and use me for their own purposes.”
At that point, Harry scoffed disdainfully. “Do they really think I, Harry, am the kind of person who would serve others?”
Upon hearing that, Olivia couldn’t help but feel a bit awkward. After all, her motivation to save him wasn’t entirely selfless.
Harry turned his head to look at her. Raising an eyebrow with a smile, he said, “Thank you for coming to my rescue, pretty lady!”
