Olivia moved aside, making way for the man who was about to bolt out of the alley.
A sharp glint flashed across Olivia’s eyes, and suddenly, she lifted her foot.
Caught off guard, the man tripped and fell heavily to the ground.
“Do you have a death wish?” The man struggled to his feet, glaring furiously at Olivia.
Olivia crossed her arms over her chest, taking a step forward. She looked at the man, her face devoid of any emotion.
Had it not been for the information provided by King Spades, she would not have recognized the man standing before her as Lionel.
When Lionel got a clear look at Olivia’s face, he revealed a lecherous grin. “Well, well, well! You’re quite a pretty lady! Too bad you won’t live to see another day!”
Before he had even finished speaking, he pulled out a fruit knife that was given to him by a security guard when he was making his escape.
He raised the knife, aiming it at Olivia.
Olivia swiftly sidestepped, evading him. However, in the blink of an eye, he lunged at her again.
The two exchanged a few moves, and Olivia’s movements gradually became faster, her gaze becoming sharp and hostile.
Lionel was soon at a disadvantage. A flash of determination sparked in his eyes as he lifted his hand to execute a feint.
Instinctively, Olivia moved to block the attack.
By the time she realized it was a feint, it was too late. She had been slashed on her side.
Her dress was torn open, and blood immediately began to flow out.
Olivia winced in pain, clutching her wound, her cold stare fixed on Lionel.
Lionel sneered, raising his knife to stab her again.
At that crucial moment, Benjamin ap
peared, swiftly rushing forward and knocking Lionel down with a swift
kick.
“Ms. Olivia, are you okay?” Benjamin asked Olivia in concern, paying no mind to Lionel.
Olivia shook her head. “I’m fine. Bring him away first.”

“Got it.”
Lionel was about to get up, but Benjamin went over and kicked him a few more times.
“Do you know who I am?” Lionel yelled at them angrily through howls of pain.
Benjamin, thinking he was too noisy, knocked him out cold and dragged him along.

When they exited the alley, there were already subordinates waiting for them on the main road outside.
Quickly getting into the car, Benjamin only breathed a sigh of relief once the vehicle started moving and left the club. Despite a minor hiccup, the mission was still accomplished.
“Ms. Olivia…” He turned to look at Olivia, initially intending to suggest returning to the hotel, but noticed her complexion was pale.
Moreover, there was a faint metallic scent of blood lingering in the air.
His expression changed as he hurriedly asked, “Are you hurt?”
Olivia wanted to say she was fine, but she was too in pain to speak.
At that moment, Benjamin noticed that she had been clutching her waist. Upon closer inspection, he was taken aback to find a wound, oozing with blood.
He paled with fright and quickly ordered the driver, “To the hospital! Drive as fast as you can!”
Without delay, the driver floored the accelerator. The car sped along the highway toward the hospital.
They reached the hospital and had a doctor examine Olivia’s condition. The doctor concluded that it was merely a superficial wound, nothing of serious concern.
The nurse assisted Olivia in cleaning her wound.
The hydrogen peroxide stung her wound, and Olivia couldn’t resist a cry in pain, her face turning even paler.
After the wound was bandaged, the nurse advised, “Try not to get it wet when you go home, and remember to keep the dressing clean.”
Olivia nodded to show that she understood.
Benjamin, waiting outside, instantly approached Olivia when she reemerged and supported her, his concern evident as he asked, “How are you feeling?”
“I’m okay. Don’t worry.” Olivia managed to force a smile.
Benjamin noticed her pallor and immediately felt a wave of guilt. “I’m sorry. I failed to protect you.”
“Don’t think like that. It’s just an accident,” Olivia comforted him, then swiftly changed the subject, asking,
“What’s the situation at the club?”
“The police are already there. The club was sealed off, and King Spade
