“Take a look.” Samantha showed them the business card.

“Yeah,” Samantha said, frowning in displeasure. “I asked him for his contact information, but he gave me his assistant’s instead. It was a bit much.”
Originally, she had thought she could contact him directly in the future. But now, things had taken a different turn. She had to go through his assistant to reach him, which was not convenient at all.
I should have known better than to agree to his terms so quickly.

Seeing this, Hannah put her arm around her daughter’s shoulder, comforting her with a smile. “You know what Nathan is like. He wouldn’t casually give out his contact information to just anyone.”
