Chapter 32 Truly Persistent
After breakfast, Olivia brought Liam to the kindergarten. This particular kindergarten was considered the best among Emberfall’s upper class, attended by children mostly born into wealth and privilege.
Remarkably, as Liam entered, he displayed no apprehension, shedding no tears or making a fuss. Instead, he adorably bid his mother farewell.
Holding Liam’s hand, the teacher praised, “What a brave little boy!”
Unlike other children who were pampered and spoiled, often crying and seeking their parents upon arrival, Liam showed no fear. His calm demeanor impressed everyone.
Olivia smiled. He is quite adaptable.
Not only was he adaptable, but running away from home was also a regular occurrence, not to mention daring to return to this country alone.
Once Liam was settled, Olivia left. Benjamin was in charge of driving. The two planned to continue their search for office.

Establishing a company in the country meant dealing with numerous tasks. However, after a morning of exploration, Olivia found nothing that met her satisfaction.
Either it was an unfavorable location, excessive distance from home, or too far from the commercial hub. Furthermore, the rental information available online was grossly inaccurate.
“How about you head back first? I’ll continue exploring a few more options.” Benjamin suggested.
Olivia was about to respond when her phone rang in her bag. She glanced at the caller ID and noticed a familiar name: Lucas Martinez.
She answered the call with a smile and teased playfully, “Why has the busy man suddenly remembered me!”
A cheerful male voice responded, “Just heard from King Hawthorne that you’ve returned to establish a branch. He told me to take good care of you, so here I am, contacting you immediately! Where are you? Want to catch up?”
Olivia and Benjamin had just stepped out of an office building and stood on the roadside. The sun shone brightly, causing her to squint as she replied, “It may not be possible at the moment. Benjamin and I are currently scouting for office space.
“Why didn’t you reach out to me about this matter? Martinez Group has deep roots in real estate. You can access such valuable resources, yet you insist on handling everything independently. Can’t you alter your independent woman attitude, especially on a scorching day like this?”
With a laugh, he continued, “Come to the Martinez Group right away. I’ll have someone assist you in finding a place!”
He ended the call before Olivia could respond.
Olivia chuckled and glanced at Benjamin. “It seems we don’t need to rush around. Someone is lending us a hand.”
Benjamin nodded in agreement.
Shortly after, the two got into the car and headed to Martinez Group.
Meanwhile, Nathan exited the car in the Martinez Group’s underground parking lot.
Ethan stood beside him and respectfully reported, “Ms. Monroe took William to school this morning. Interestingly, the school is affiliated with our group, and it’s near Martinez Group”
“Oh?” Nathan paused momentarily before continuing, “I will pay him a visit after concluding matters with Mr. Martinez”
“Understood!” Ethan nodded, acknowledging his instruction. Then, he hesitated before adding, “Madam called this morning and wanted you to have dinner tonight at Lu Rivier. It appears… she also invited Mr. and Mrs. Patel”

A hint of annoyance flickered in Nathan’s eyes. He knew it was yet another discussion about marriage.
“I will not be attending” He stated coldly, without a second thought.
They entered the elevator as they conversed. Having anticipated Nathan’s response. Ethan refrained from further comments.
Olivia and Benjamin arrived at the Martinez Group twenty minutes later.
As Lucas had informed the security guard at the entrance earlier, Olivia and Benjamin were quickly allowed inside.
However, they unexpectedly encountered Emma in the lounge in the lobby.
Seeing her, Olivia frowned slightly and attempted to walk past her, but Emma obstructed her path.
“Olivia, you are truly persistent!”
