The robot bent slightly, extending its palm toward Liam, who eagerly grasped it, exclaiming, “Wow, you’re amazing!”
“I believe you enjoy eating ice cream.”
The robot then spoke, reached behind to retrieve an ice cream, and handed it to Liam. “Here you go, strawberry flavor,” it said kindly.
Liam’s eyes lit up as he accepted the ice cream, grinning broadly. “This robot is truly incredible!”
“We have various models on display in the exhibition hall. While they may not possess Azure’s level of intelligence, they are capable of basic conversations. You could consider purchasing one as a souvenir,” the staff suggested with a smile.
Observing Liam’s enthusiasm, Nathan made a decision. “If you like it, let’s get it.”
“Thank you, Daddy!” Liam exclaimed, wrapping his arms around Nathan’s neck and planting a kiss on his cheek.
“But let’s only get this robot. I really like this one… We shouldn’t buy too much, or Mommy might find out!”
“Understood,” Nathan agreed. “I’ll get you something else next time.”
“Okay,” Liam nodded eagerly, and together, father and son continued their exploration of the exhibition hall, immersing themselves in the wonders around them.
Before they knew it, the morning had flown by in a whirlwind of excitement and discovery!
Exiting the technology exhibition, Liam glanced back with reluctance, “Daddy, can we come back here to play again in the future? I’ve never been out with you before, and I’m delighted today.”
His innocent face beamed with a squinted–eyed smile.
“Hasn’t anyone else ever taken you here before?” Nathan inquired, a tinge of regret coloring his words.
Liam nodded, “Mommy is always busy with work, but she tries to take me to places I want to go every weekend.”
Nathan hesitated before probing further, “Apart from her, has anyone else accompanied you?”
Liam counted on his fingers, then replied, “Benjamin took me to the amusement park, Mr. Valtor took me to the zoo, and that’s about it.”
“Is that all?” Nathan’s surprise was evident.
Liam furrowed his brows in concentration before recalling, “There’s also a man from overseas.”
He was referring to Joker!
After contemplating, Nathan couldn’t help but ask, “And what about King?”
“King? He’s always busy, so he’s never taken me out…” Liam answered truthfully.

Nathan softened his voice as he asked, “Let’s grab a bite. What would you like to have?”
“Anything! As long as I can cat with you, I’m happy,” Liam replied carnestly.
Nathan affectionately pinched his cheek and chuckled, “Alright, let’s indulge in whatever is available.
Although Nathan claimed they could eat anything, he always opted for high–end dining establishments, ensuring a meal of exquisite quality.
Liam thoroughly enjoyed the feast.
After lunch, as they exited the restaurant, Nathan held Liam close and inquired, “Where else would you like to go?”
“Daddy, I’m already thrilled today. How about I accompany you to the office and keep you company while you work on the documents?” Liam suggested contentedly.
Nathan couldn’t help but acknowledge Olivia’s influence on Liam’s manners. “I promised that today is all about you. Wherever you want to go, I’ll be there.”
“In that case… let’s visit the museum,” Liam suggested with a pout. “I’ve been back for days but haven’t had the chance to explore properly. Mommy’s been busy too…”
Nathan readily agreed, and they headed to the museum.
Their visit mainly involved admiring the exhibits.
Liam sighed wistfully, “When we were abroad, Mommy used to tell me about our country’s history and show me ancient artifacts.”
“Daddy, how were the ancient people so clever to preserve these things so well?” Liam pondered.
“The wisdom of our ancestors is truly remarkable,” Nathan mused. “When these artifacts were first unearthed, we didn’t realize the importance of specialized preservation techniques. Some were unfortunately damaged, but we’re fortunate to have learned how to preserve them properly.”
