supposedly symbolized true love and happiness, so that I could be with the person I actually loved until the end of time.
Archer’s personal assistant, Cal Forrest, suddenly spoke up timidly, “Mr. Nolan, your ex–secretary is calling again.”
It was obvious that this news would only make the initially frustrated Archer even angrier than ever.” Hasn’t she already been kicked out of the company? Stop calling her the secretary, ex or not!

Cal continued condemning Archer in his heart. He then asked, “So, we’re going back to the hotel now, right?”
“No,” Archer replied. “We’re going straight to the airport. Get me on the next flight back home.”
Cal could feel himself about to pass out when he heard this. Archer had been the one who insisted on rushing here for the auction. Now, Archer was also the one who was in a hurry to go back because of his frustration.
